Just came back from vacation very happy 5 stars for you web. I ordered this bags December 9, 2020 and it arrived Christmas eve December 23, 2020. I was so happy that it arrived just in time. Because i bought this bags for my daughter-in-law for Christmas. I don’t have any pictures because i gave it to my daughter-in-law. She absolutely loves the bags. It appears to be a great quality will order from this seller again. The bags is beautiful no problems so far.

I LOVE THIS BAG!!! I did order this particular one in a speedy but never got confirmation. Tracy responded quickly but I still never got an invoice and eventually the order just disappeared. So I tried again in a neverfull and it went through smoothly. Ordered 8/28 arrived 9/24. The bag overall is super cute and has NO smell. It was wrapped very well and everything looks to be in order. No hanging threads, no scuffs, no scratches. My one and only complaint is the strap it came with. One of the clips that hook to the purse is jammed. There’s a spring inside that looks like it is bigger than the other so I cannot attach it. To be fair, I don’t want to use the strap on this bag. I don’t particularly like it so it’s not a huge issue for me. I still give this a 5/5 and will be buying again. But I do want people to be aware that it did happen and please don’t let that sway you. If I can find a thin cutter, I can fix it easily.

I placed a custom order and it was the best! The gucci bags were shipped carefully wrapped, exactly what I asked for with no issues, and so fast! I love these bags and they're my go to for all my knitting projects. The quality is top notch and they're washable!!!! (this is good, because I'm outdoors a LOT) Cannot rave enough about these bags. No business is perfect, but how they take care of their customers matters. I was very hesitant in placing an order with a company I've never dealt with before. But I decided to take a chance and the first order went great. I received my products within 2 weeks. Unfortunately my second order didn't go so well. I received 2 defective/not up to par items, and Dolabuy took care of me. The replacement process was easy and they just wanted the customers to be happy. Tracy in Customer Service is awesome, and Lucy from the sales team are my favorite people. I've just placed my 4th order with Lucy and will place another special order in the next few days. I ordered a Louis Vuitton Neverfull MM in Damier Azur canvas with beige interior. The bag came with a dustbag, a box, and a receipt. The quality of the bag is amazing. The canvas is thick and sturdy, the stitching is neat and even, the hardware is shiny and heavy, and the interior is soft and smooth. The bag looks exactly like the authentic one I saw at the store.
